      That's a Green Sunfish, or Lepomis cyanellus. It's characterized by orange fin bordering, a large mouth, powder blue lines on the face, and powder blue spots ...more on the flanks.

      Thanks @Reel_Smooth I was really surprised when I pulled it out of the water, by far the prettiest bluegill I've ever caught. (And I've caught a lot of bluegill;)
