    Went out again for a couple hrs with @ReelGame @koolguy713 to good ol MP and this 44in monster took off with my bait. We kept getting runs the whole time till this ...more one finally got hooked. Beautiful windy night with stained water. This was one of the heaviest if not the heaviest drum i ever caught. Put up a nice fight, but the 7000ic3 got the job done!

    Finally hooked up with my first fish of 2016. Haven't had to many chances to hit the water this year. Soaking bait with @ReelGame and @nvfisher and this healthy ...more 41in drum ended up hitting. Soaking bait in a deep channel with a 7000iC3 on a 7' custom rod. Clear day with a nice wind blowing, and about 2' clarity. Need to get back out ASAP.

    This is a picture of us last weekend chasing birds. Linda's bait shop was out of live shrimp so we bought a pound of dead fished the deep pockets and chased ...more birds. Fishing with @txfisherman713 and @nvfisher lately the brighter colors like pinks and reds have been working for us in a medium to fast retrieve for catching trouts. Also still using a 1/4 jig head with a good jerks in our retrieve.
