  3. Details: Gulf Flounder with a Stuffed flounder recipe

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=aLk8QufUXLE Found this link for deboning a flounder to stuff and bake it whole. I gave it a try and I have to say it was awesome. Fillet ...more it, stuff it, and back it for 25-30 minutes at 300 degrees. I stuffed mine with long grain rice, and a cheese sauce I made with different cheeses, peppers, onions, and crab meat...ect. Turned out very good. Skin peels right off afte

I feel like you should baste it with some butter and hit it with the broiler to crisp up the skin at the end, don't feel the skin off!

  4. Details: Spotted (Speckled) Trout with a Different artificials

Caught 6 keeper specks, 1 keeper flounder, and a few sand trout to see if I liked em or not... Was my first time trying sand trout, and I have to say they're ...more not bad. I immediately iced em, then cleaned them as soon as I got home and cooked right afterwards. Was told they get mushy if you freeze them...idk. They tasted very similar to specks to me though...

  7. Details: Largemouth Bass with a Tequila bloodline curly tailed ring worm. (Custom bait, secret brand)...lol

Fishing a weightless worm can be a very effective way to get pressured bass to bite. They can't resist the slow fall.. Caught 9 fish all in 6-10 FOW. 91 degree ...more heavily stained water. Caught a couple days ago the day after the 1st full moon....
