Caught 6 keeper specks, 1 keeper flounder, and a few sand trout to see if I liked em or not... Was my first time trying sand trout, and I have to say they're not bad. I immediately iced em, then cleaned them as soon as I got home and cooked right afterwards. Was told they get mushy if you freeze them...idk. They tasted very similar to specks to me though...
