Fillet it, stuff it, and back it for 25-30 minutes at 300 degrees. I stuffed mine with long grain rice, and a cheese sauce I made with different cheeses, peppers, onions, and crab meat...ect.       I feel like you should baste it with some butter and hit it with the broiler to crisp up the skin at the end, don't feel the skin off!
