Donβt know exactly what kind of catfish, but it was tiny!
Tiny little bass in Musconetcong River. Tons of fish biting today: catfish, sunfish, yellow perch, and largemouth bass. All very small
here's my big one for the day, also a nice surprise as i was happy to just catch a bunch of avg stockies in the conditions!
yesterday was way too windy to fish from a boat so my buddy and I went wade fishing for wild trout; we did well catching mostly smaller fish 6-11in but got a slam ...more of all 3 wild species (rainbow, brook and brown) My buddy landed a nice sized wild brown trout (pretty rare for NJ). We ended up seeing a much bigger fish but couldn't fool it into biting. so i went back after work and ended up catching the very same fish my buddy caught and released the day before! haha
