    Details: Spotted (Speckled) Trout with a Pink little john, pink 4.5" thumping mullet on 1/8 oz jig.

    3-19-15 working the lights. Bite lasted most of the night. 2 man limit of trout plus 2 redfish. 4' of water. The trout bite is on.

    23" speck CPRed largest trout for me this far from west bay. Fishing from a point in JAMAICA Beach. Caught 3-20-15 @5:15 pm.

    Details: Gulf Flounder with a Berkley swim shad (fire tiger)

    Wind laid today around 1:00 pm so had to give it a try. 34* fishing a canal, 6' of water. He hit it when it hit the bottom, 14 1/2". You never know unless ...more you go!

    Me and my buddy had our 2 man limit by 9:35 this morning. Pop pop fall retrieve. Hits came on the fall.

    Made a quick wade before dark, 30 minutes max and got my limit of flounder. Bouncing along bottom. Also had 1 rat red, & a 14" speckled trout!!

    Details: Red (redfish) Drum with a Deadly Dudly sand eel on 1/4 oz. jig.

    281/8" red while slamming speckled trout (17) between me and my partner up 23". Near a well head looking for active bait. Hit on the drop. What a fight!!

    Light breeze, outgoing tide, bites were slow to come, but stuck it out for a limit. Released a few smaller ones. San Luis Pass.

Been fishing since I was able to walk to the creek by myself. About 48 years now. I've fish local bass clubs and other tour tourn. I fish for ...more fun and only fun now. Also eat a few.
