    1. jimmy Lu 0
      Gotta ya, thanks :) @tacticalscissors
    2. tacticalscissors 0
They only sell them at academy it's by their brand H2O @jimmy567
    3. jimmy Lu 0
@tacticalscissors that's really good price for swimbait that's realistic, what store did u buy from? I need get myself some those.
    4. tacticalscissors 0
      I believe it's 4.99 @jimmy567
    5. jimmy Lu 0
How much is that bait ? @tacticalscissors
    6. BASS_MASTER1324 0
I have two of them. They work good
    7. tacticalscissors 0
It's from academy's line of baits just go to their website and search H2O and it should pull it up @fishallday
    8. tacticalscissors 0
The only problem I have with it is that the back hook gets hung on the tail pretty often other than that it's a great bait @SlowRollingLow
    9. texasfishingkid kid 0
      What bait is that?
    10. Slow Rolling Low 0
I just bought the same bait, but have not had a chance to try it. Nice fish!

The one on the left is a Shimano caenan on a 7ft medium Abu Garcia vendetta rod with 15pound trilene flourocarbon. (Crankbait rod) The one on the right is ...more an Abu Garcia Revo SX on a 7ft medium heavy Abu Garcia vendetta rod with 30pound spiderwire braid. (Frog/jig rod)

    1. guy_harvey_bass_boy 0
      @CrappieFisherman12
    2. David Yanez 0
Nice! Revo SX is the next reel I'm getting but the HS version. I'm a big fan of Abu Garcia.
    3. tacticalscissors 0
I really like them they are solid rods and will last you a long time @kjack707
    4. kjack707 0
@tacticalscissors how do you like those vendetta abu rods? I was just looking at them the other day and thought about buying one..
    5. ethan_aaron12 0
Haha ya I tried a left handed reel once and it did not go so well
    6. tacticalscissors 0
No I have been practicing throwing both its a little stressful but I'm getting the hang of it @ethan_aaron12
    7. ethan_aaron12 0
So I am assuming that you don't have a problem switching between left and right hand reels

I got a new shimano caenan yesterday and I paired it with a 7'0 medium action Abu Garcia vendetta rod. The reel is a 6:5:1 and I was wondering what I should ...more throw on it?

    1. Chris Skinner 0
Keep this one with 12-15lb fluoro or mono and load the other with 30lb braid, you'll have a dynamite combo
    2. tacticalscissors 0
I have a MH vendetta too but my revo sx is on it and I really like that set up @Cowboy713
    3. Chris Skinner 0
Bait setup. I like MH myself, but M action rods certainly have their place!
    4. Chris Skinner 0
I don't think any of my conventional rod and reel brands match lol, that combo will throw just about anything you want short of big swim baits/small weightless ...more plastics, would be an excellent crank
    5. tacticalscissors 0
Thank you for the information @justLMbass
    6. John Buttacavoli 0
Ha yea..its overwhelming at times. Kinda like a science
    7. tacticalscissors 0
No but I'm certainly no expert on what baits and lines to fish on which rods and reels if that makes sense @justLMbass
    8. John Buttacavoli 0
No prob. Are you just getting started?
    9. tacticalscissors 0
Thank you! Thats the only good rod I have right now once I have enough money I'll get a shimano rod @justLMbass
    10. John Buttacavoli 0
Either 12-15 lb. mono or 17lb. Flouro.
    11. John Buttacavoli 0
You should always pair name brand reels with their brand rods when possible..that being said, it's a 6:5:1. It's a mid gear ratio reel. And if you're ...more putting it on a 7' medium action, then I'd throw
