      If you catch tilapia legally ur supposed to gut them at the body of water you catch them at so that they are not transferred to another body of water

      We saw a otter dragging about a 5lbs bass on the left side of the discharge today @ParkerRhine and we actually snagged about on a rattle trap just by accident but ...more the fight was great!

      Nice. I seen the craziest thing at the discharge the other day. They were fishing for talapia with egg sinkers and huge treble hooks. Not legal obviously.... Never ...more seen it before though.
