    Went fishing between light showers this morning. Temp was 70° with wind fluctuating anywhere from 5-15 mph. Decided to use a little bit heavier lure so I wouldn't ...more backlash in all the wind. Was working the lure differently on different casts but both fish were caught on a medium retrieve with slight pauses in between. This fatty went 3lb 4oz!

    Awesome day on horsepen! Caught 7 total the biggest weighed in at 1 lb 13 oz. All but 3 were 1lb plus. Caught the first 2 on flukes until the wind picked up from ...more the front that was coming in and I changed to a crank that still produced 5 more fish. I was late to my own Super Bowl party but it was worth it 😂

    Now I'm in Washington for a few more days and went down to a beach here with a rocky shore so I decided to move around the rocks and see what kind of wildlife ...more I could find. Ended up seeing hundreds of these little guys scattered throughout the beach!

      On Vancouver island we find them everywhere on the beach and we use them for bait for the dogfish

      Those are sidewinder crabs awesome bait for surf perch! Pin those whole onto a size 4 or 2 hook Carolina rigged with 3/4 oz weight for small surf conditions and ...more 2 oz if it's a strong current

    5 fish today, no real size to any of them. Temp 75°, wind must have been 15+ mph at times. Bluebird skies. First double hookup with @AllWaterLife. If you look ...more veryyyyy closely you can see him in his yellow shirt holding up his fish in the background 😂 the key today was chartreuse. All hits today were either on a chartreuse spinner, crankbait, or beetle spin. Missed probably 3 fish though
