      I don't see why not, the whole cord might be a bit thick, but the inner chords or a strip of the outer part would probly be good, oh small strips of leather ...more work great too!

      Use fluorocarbon tippet, try drifting small streamers, San Juan worms, or nymphs under a strike indicator or a dry fly past structure natural colors are key
