      Did you try the surf
    11. bassin5 0
Not very good. Caught a ton of hard heads, gaff tops, and croaker. All on dead or alive shrimp. Only plastic they would hit was the mullet but nothing would take ...more it. @reelgame
    12. ReelGame Saucedo 0
@bassin5 how are you all doing down at Matagorda
    13. bassin5 0
Oh ok they just seemed really small to be putting a jig head on them. And I will have to try that out on the vudu. Thanks a lot for your help! @reelgame
    14. ReelGame Saucedo 0
@bassin5 rig it up like those other soft baits I usually swim it real slow close to the grass edges bounce it a couple of times tip the vudu with a Lil piece of ...more shrimp that works for me also
    15. bassin5 0
Ok will put those under a popping cork as well. Thanks! @Marcushdz13
    16. bassin5 0
Yes I did. Good thing you asked. How should I rig those? I have no clue what I was going to do with those. @reelgame
    17. Marcus Hernandez 0
Those vudu work well under popping corks as well @bassin5
    18. ReelGame Saucedo 0
@bassin5 a popping cork works good also did you pick up some gulp swimming mullet/chartreuse
    19. ReelGame Saucedo 0

    20. bassin5 0
Ok thanks. Do you use a specific color of jig head for them or does it really matter? @reelgame
    21. ReelGame Saucedo 0
1/4 ounce jig head bounce around the second gut
    22. bassin5 0
Thanks! How did you rig them up? Jig head under a popping cork is what I am planning to do. Do you have any other recommendations? @reelgame
    23. ReelGame Saucedo 0

    6. Marcus Hernandez 0
Since I started kayaking I throw mainly lure. I caught the sheepshead on fresh dead shrimp and caught a nice flounder on that mantis shrimp in new penny and chart. ...more Also throw tops in the early morning
    7. bassin5 0
What do you use there for bait? @Marcushdz13
    8. Marcus Hernandez 0
Specks and flounder. We also kayak there and I caught a good sized sheepshead there as well. Towards the levee are some good flounder and speck areas near grass ...more beds. @bassin5
    9. Marcus Hernandez 0
Sadly I have no idea. We got our lights at Home Depot I believe. Or possibly on Craigslist if you want to look there. I usually wade mosquito with my bro and dad ...more and we have pulled out some good size
    10. bassin5 0
To hit it at the right time since there is so many other bait fish in the water. But I still want to give it a shot. Have heard it can produce nice fish if it's ...more the right time @Marcushdz13
    11. bassin5 0
Do you have any clue what the website is called? And no I haven't gotten a chance to have been wanting to though. I have heard that there is tons of bait fish ...more so use live bait and that you have got

    14. Marcus Hernandez 0
I might try and head out there soon as well. I'm also looking into getting barrel lights to have more light @bassin5

Last time I used it it didn't matter. A majority if the time I use non painted jigs. I caught tons of sand trout night fishing at the tx city dike under lights
    22. bassin5 0
What color jig head have you had the most luck on? Or does it really matter? @Marcushdz13
    23. Marcus Hernandez 0
I usually rig it with either a 1/4 or 1/8 jig head and throw it with my tournament choice baitcast on a 6'6 fast tip Shakespeare rod with 12lb test @bassin5
    24. bassin5 0
