Yeah cause I finally got a day off of work so I'm going fish tomorrow on the lower chickahominy and wanted to see if there was even a chance of something.

@crookcody19 probably. Haven't been near the water in a couple of weeks but the water is getting lower, clearer, & warmer everyday so hopefully in the next ...more week or so the bite will pick up.

Pre-spawn river bass and Shad chasing schoolie striper are comin' my way soon and, fingers crossed, these guys here will be Spring '15's greatest hits.

@crookcody19 I'm also an advocate of removing them to use for blue bait and garden fertilizer. They muck up and ruin lot of good fishing water around here.

This is the forth guide on my 7' Abu Garcia Veritas. Is there a solid way to repair this or did I just kill my best rig?

@TexasFisher07 no such luck. Academy hasn't made it to central VA yet. Bought this from a Ma&Pa that probably doesn't have the big box return policy, ...more guess I'll check what they can do though.

If you bought it from academy i would just take it back and ask for a new one. Broke my tip off and they gave me a new one with no reciept.
