  8. My partner and I took 3rd in the F.A.N. championship on Lake Austin! We're going for gold next year!

  9. I was fishing Veach Basin and since the water level is up the pine trees are in the water. I was in 3 ft of water pitching to pine trees and hopping my lure along ...more the bottom. There was a lot of bass back in there bedding. My partner and I ended up winning 3rd out of 21 teams.

7 lb. 11 oz. Largemouth with a Strike King watermelon red spacemonkey

    1. john chandler 0
Good luck, if it is a high school tournament hope the weather does not shut things down.
Most of the good fish I have been catching have been in 5 - 10'. Up ...more shallow have only been catching buck bass, also think the spanners went a little deeper just like they did during the drought. Lake level was dropping again 6 - 9th came up a little from the rain my guess is the fish will still be in the same water depth working the bait I have seen.
    2. Logan Thumann 0
