Details: Largemouth Bass with a Black Crappie Jig
Couldn't resist getting out to the neighborhood pond today. Slow rolling a crappie jig/grub in about 4 foot of water next too a weed line and this fatty hit ...more it hard. Air temp is about 21.

I've caught a lot of rock bass, but never with this pattern. Not much of a fight with a 7" med heavy rod and 17lb fluro either lol

The one on the right is a Kentucky bass. Their mouths are smaller and they have a small patch of teeth on their tongue. @herpingmaster1

The bite was on today at the river! Bank fishing. The is the best of twelve in an hour and a half. 10 caught on a the Senko Texas rigged weightless about 4 foot ...more out from the bank. Large rock bottom
