      Attention @joeyfishes
    12. coltonrogers19 0
Bro I know how to use brakes and spool tension my line was wrapped around the end of my pole and when I went to cast my lure didn't move.... It's not that ...more I didn't know how it's that I wasn't paying
    13. Joey Russell 0
Probably need to learn how to use the brakes and spool tension
    14. coltonrogers19 0
      Dang thanks @JoelQuintanilla @Jose_Can_senko
    15. joe cal 0
      Tighten your brake son!

I have that same reel and had the same problem when I tried fluorocarbon. I prefer powerpro braid with the fluoro or mono backing I haven't gotten a nest with ...more braid I couldn't get undone so far.

Happens to me, I usually use spinning but I have that one baitcaster for bass fishing and it pisses me off sometimes lol
    18. Joel Quintanilla 0
I had this issue countless times on my shimano round baitcaster. Only advice I can give is use braided line if possible (pricey but worth it) and have a very fast ...more thumb reaction time lol it still

Dude I've had this happen to me so many times that I am now the master at untangling birds nest's
    20. jasonrh18 0
You throw the real in the trash^
    21. jakenkodygofish 0
How do you fix that problem
    22. james_b90 0
      Oh thats a good one!
    23. Casting22Major 0
Yes I understand but I myself have done better with braided line
    24. dylangtrue7 0
@Casting22Major the thing about polymer line like monofilament or fluorocarbon is they have too much line memory to be spooled on such a small reel like a baitcaster ...more so the line will implode out
    25. Casting22Major 0
@coltonrogers19 I have all my reel with braided line I was not a believer then but I am Now it does make a lot of difference I can tell you I don't use the brakes ...more much n if I do I only use 1
    26. dylangtrue7 0
      baitcaster
    27. dylangtrue7 0
we all had that feeling, it's a little trick with shimano baitcaster because they use a centrifugal brake system which is a little trickier to use, not ...more like the magnetic brakes in a abu garcia
    28. coltonrogers19 0
@Casting22Major I know I have had a few but Never this bad

  2. Went out yesterday on the kayak to enjoy the nice weather and hopefully catch some fish, but got skunked! I spoke to other kayakers and they were catching fish so ...more maybe my unfamiliarity to the area played a role! I hope to catch them next time! (Pic- GoPro Hero3+)
