    2. bruton9 0
      Kool great info
    3. Chris Emmite 0
The shape of the head. A shovel nose is completely smooth. A scalloped is bumpy like this one. I'll tag you in a post I have showing both.
    4. fishingmaxster 0
      How can u tell
    5. Chris Emmite 0
@fishingmaxster @bruton9 this is actually a baby scalloped hammerhead. A Bonnethead shark (also called shovel head) is a different shark but related. This little ...more guy will get over 10 feet long one day
    6. bruton9 0
      Thx
    7. fishingmaxster 0
Ok thanks @bruton9 now I know by the way nice cat in your profile pic
    8. bruton9 0
Nice im google shovel head now and see what they look like
    9. fishingmaxster 0
It is only connected at hide tide when I caught it
    10. fishingmaxster 0
Oh I think it is a hammer head then because I caught it In a sort of lagoon like thing it is more like a pond with a tide pool between it and the stream
    11. bruton9 0
The shovel was just a suggestion if it wasn't a hammer
    12. bruton9 0
I caught a bonnet this year and thought it was a hammer as well
    13. bruton9 0
Until they r atleast 2 to 3 feet long
    14. bruton9 0
Not too sure but I googled it and a hammers head looks to be slightly diff shape...not even too sure that aint a hammer.....but usually atleast I've heard that ...more hammer pups that small stay in lagoons
    15. fishingmaxster 0
Hey @bruton9 can u tell me the diff between a hammer head and a shovel head so next time I catch one I can tell which is which or are they the same
    16. bruton9 0
      It's a shovel head.....great catch
    17. fishingmaxster 0
Hey guys it is not a bonnet head that's what I thought it was but it is brown not blue
