I got this sea bass down at walkers landing at high tide with 57° water and I was using local store bought rid (not usually my favorite) with a 2 ounce weight with 20lb wire leader I had shrimp on. I was fishing from 8:30-4:00 I had a great time my friend was using a freshwater bass rod (a ducket micro magic) he had 30lb braid with a surf fishing rig we had a great time
