    Little bro caught a decent little blue. Fishing 20 FOW right on a ledge. Probably about 10 or so pounds. Caught it awhile ago just never got around to posting it

    Not a gar but a fish at least. I was anchored up in 15 feet of water and casting into 20 feet of water. Would pump the rate trap off the bottom using a slow retrieve. ...more After about 5 seconds this guy hit and pulled a little drag making it exciting. Weather was cloudy with a high of 90 and a water temp of 85°F. Water clarity was at around 12 feet. Big 40 pound carp were busting the surface all day

      Size 2 j hook. I'll probably cast and retrieve it but anyway will work! Hardest thing is getting the rope to melt to the hook right @USARetired
    5. What kind of hook are you using? You casting and retrieving, bouncing, jerking? Cool, cheap way to throw down a lure . Awesome.
