      Guys will smoke them but they are all bones. A lot of guys eat the roe. I kept a mortally hooked fish once and could not believe the bones. The native Americans ...more called the porcupines.

      We were targeting them. They are a blast and are very hard fighting. Get out there soon. Once the water temps hit 60 they start spawning and are tougher to catch.
