    Another “average” bass from today’s afternoon trip. Great solid fish. Unfortunately they don’t have the goby bellies like Oneida bass. Double trip day.

    Left Oneida NY to launch kayak in Fingers Lakes. One of my top fishing trips ever for numbers, quantity & quality of smallmouth. 2 1/2 hours stopped at 50 bass ...more most in 3-4 pound range. Caught 6 big ones on last 6 casts. Left them biting was supposed to go back with son this week. Got home found out he can’t go 😡 .
