    Dad went out to the lake and crushed ‘em! 17 bluegill, 2 crappies, and a nice pike. The ice was about 7-8 inches.

    Coming up here last week in July for a fishing trip... We are avid smallmouth and largemouth fishermen but have never been to Lake Owen before. Any insider advice ...more would be greatly appreciated (rock flats, hazards, etc). Thanks!!!

      I was on Lake Owen two weeks ago. Super clear water, wacky worm rigs on boat docks and lay downs seemed to work best.

    A lot of smallies, and northern are pretty much everywhere. No luck on eyes or largemouth
