While still on vacation, I night fished at Manson and found all the bass to be stacked UP in the 2-8FOW range. The air temp was 37 degrees fahrenheit, but they were still actively chasing baitfish. They were not interested in topwater, plastics, nor anything, save my custom chatterbaits. I am currently in the process of getting websites up-and-running, but I will be selling my plastics and jigs.

My own custom-made vibrating jig (Chatterbait) with a Keitech 3.8" Fat Impact as a trailer. I fished it on a 7'1" MH and a 6.4:1 Gen2 Revo Premier spooled with 15# fluorocarbon and a 30# wire leader.

      @whitebass_81 don't feel bad! I went the whole week and only got two hits! Neither of which were landed! Of course, the first one wasn't my fault... Darn ...more jet-skier decided to do 50mph 10 ft from me...

      Good catch, good info. We've caught 5 pike so far, but no pike. Biggest being 35" and I'm about to post a pic. Now I just want a big smallmouth on ultra ...more light! @CalvinFease

      One last note: I fished until 11:30 PM and from sunset to then, caught about 40 bass between 12" and 18". All we're EXTREMELY fat, showing how healthy ...more the northern Wisconsin fishery is.
