Hi how can I stop like my plastic worms from sliding up the hook when I catch a bass

  You can also take a wiry piece of line like heavy mono and put it through the worm and the eye of the hook. It stays in place really well.

  VMC hooks have a rubber insert under the hook eye which works for me

  I'll have to try that for wacky worms it's common to use O rings or zip ties

  I use a dab of super glue to fix them to the hook
