    Fishing for bass and stripers, not these things. I was very Suprised to hook this SLAB on a jerkbait. Cast out, jerk pause, jerk jerk pause, jerk jerk jerk pause, ...more Repeat. When fishing suspending jerkbaits, you always want to have light flourocarbon so the jerkbait will sink slowly(suspend) I like the 6'6 MH rod so I can jerk and not hit the boat or dock I am fishing on. Jerkbaits are a deadly bait

    Junk fishing for spawning/post spawn largemouth. Reeling my frog slowly across the surface. Fishing weeds in 5FOW or less. Wait for the hit and count three seconds ...more before you set the hook. Then reel down into the fish to make sure the fish is on and then set the hook straight back for a correct hookset. Remember to be patient while frog fishing and fish very slow. I hope this helps and tight lines

      If you fry it yes! But my lake has a lot of bacteria and disease so I don't eat a lot of things out of my lake but I have had striper fried and it was good @JohnnyDeadNuts
