      @pastormike 😂😂😂😂
    2. mike hicks 0
I will pray for you boys LOL
    3. ChrisA 0
@gaudet03 seaturtles was just trying to be helpful and offer useful Information about protecting the fish. If you don't want to listen just move on. No need ...more to turn this into an argument.
    4. Case Keatley 0
Alright let's settle down here. Yes, he is holding the bass where it has the potential to be damaged, but since he kept it, it really doesn't matter.
    5. Sean Wilms 0
irrelevant only because i didnt know you kept ur fish, its super relevant to CPR bass fishers as to how you hold ur fish, as @jonholbrook just trying to protect ...more the fish in general
    6. gaudet03 0
      @bobs1001
    7. gaudet03 0
Exactly *heavy fish this one wasn't that big asshole*!
    8. jonholbrook 0
Nice catch, everyone is just trying to protect their favorite fish. Most people on this app don't eat them because they are such a good sport fish. Tight lines
    9. gaudet03 0
It's not the point, it's to show off your catch not for people to tell you irrelevant things @seaturtles
    10. Jeremy Mallett 0
You really can brake the jaw on a heavy fish Kevin van dam says so😂 I've heard a pop when I did that to a heavier fish before
    11. AllWaterLife 0
      Obviously not!
    12. david david 0
@texas_topwater with the Pokemon reference I love it
    13. gaudet03 0
Ohh so fishing for just over 10 years doesn't mean anything? Oh ok, and don't tell me to leave the app you can leave my page and my picture.. @texas_topwater
    14. Sean Wilms 0
well if you put something on any app wether it be facebook or FS your gonna get feedback, thats the point, i still never said anything that should have offended ...more you or anyone for that matter
    15. gaudet03 0
But it's nothing new to me? Now if I would've asked for your input that's another case, all I did was post the picture I wasn't asking for any advice... ...more @seaturtles
    16. Sean Wilms 0
wow now, im stupid how? the point of this app is to spread our live for fishing and learn new things and thats exactly what im trying to do here...
    17. AllWaterLife 0
Well keeping it is an entire different deal. In that case, it really doesn't matter. Age doesn't exactly coincide with intelligence in all cases. Also, if ...more you hate the app, leave.
    18. gaudet03 0
Haha hurt the fish? 😂😂 that's why it's in my freezer right now @texas_topwater
    19. gaudet03 0
      @seaturtles
    20. gaudet03 0
That's the one reason I don't like using this app bc of stupid people like you commenting on here telling me how to hold a bass acting like Idk? I'm ...more 20 years old I think I know what I'm doing by now
    21. AllWaterLife 0
😂😂 don't get all angry. It was just a joke. But, that's a good way to hurt the fish.
    22. Sean Wilms 0
suppose to support its weight at a bend like that, just something to consider while handling a bass
    23. gaudet03 0
What the fuck are you talking about? @texas_topwater
    24. Sean Wilms 0
@gaudet03 any fish over two pounds is considered vulnerable to jaw damage or spine damage, cartilage or not the mouth isn't designed to hold that much weight ...more at full extension and the spine isn't
    25. AllWaterLife 0
GAUDET used: The Jawbreaker! It was super effective.
    26. gaudet03 0
For one a largemouth bass' mouth is mainly cartilage so it'll be kinda tough to do damage to it, and you'll have to have a pretty big fish to do any ...more kinda damage to the fish @seaturtles
    27. Sean Wilms 0
nice one and dont forgot to protect the bass jaw, holding it like that can do spine and jaw damage, just trying to protect the fish and preserve the sport!

  2. Details: Largemouth Bass with a pb & j baby brush hog

Caught this nice 2.5 pounder a few weeks ago

  3. Details: Largemouth Bass with a skitter pop

Caught another pig this morning, this one came in at 5lbs 4ozs

  4. Went on a fishing charter last spring and caught this 12.3 pounder trolling the lake

    1. Luis_G1 0
      i love to eat dose!
  5. Details: Largemouth Bass with a rapla skitter pop

Caught this early this morning around 8 am around 6lbs and about 20 inches

    1. Chuck LaBruna 0
@gaudet03 Wasn't putting your catch down, bud, was actually trying to help you. Told you, 6 lbs at MAX, and I was right. Glad it was 6.3 bud. Nice job
    2. Christian Holyoak 0
Well good for you I really don't care. Off scale?
    3. gaudet03 0
For all you wise guys keep commenting on here, I kept the fish and weighed it last night, it was offical at 6.3 @wyldechylde77 @robby_scott @LivewellHero
    4. Chuck LaBruna 0
I've caught literally HUNDREDS of bass in the 4-9lb range, and I also study gamefish growth at the NYDEC. It's a weird angle, but it is definitely at least ...more a 4 1/2-5lber, 6 at max, but kinda pushin.😉
    5. Chuck LaBruna 0
Just to add a wise eye here, I would say it is 6lbs at MAX. It is more than likely high 4's to mid 5, you can tell just by looking at the body compared to the ...more position of the reel...(read on below)..
    6. robby_scott 0
      Lol "6lbs" 😂😂 good one
    7. gaudet03 0
      @LivewellHero
    8. gaudet03 0
No but I'm usually pretty accurate when I guess the weight of the fish, and my shoe is a size 11.5 by the way and it's double the length of my shoe take ...more that into consideration
    9. Christian Holyoak 0
I get the perspective. I've taken many a fish pic like that. That's what the rod and reel is in the pic for, am I right? I'm not saying you've gotta ...more agree with me. Either way, it really doesn't matter
    10. gaudet03 0
      Opinions*
    11. gaudet03 0
You can't even tell how fat it is bc it's laying down... But good one though I'll be sure to get the picture of the scale next time so you'll gtf ...more off my picture, keep your options on your own pics
    12. gaudet03 0
Yeah if it was your picture and I asked for your opinion.. The only reason this fish looks small is because it's laying on the ground @LivewellHero
    13. Christian Holyoak 0
And seriously he may be long, but it is way too skinny.
    14. Christian Holyoak 0
Hey I've had arguments on this app about my fish size, and I know you are entitled to your opinion. I wasn't there, and I'm going by what I see in the ...more picture. I'm entitled to my opinion, am I not?
    15. gaudet03 0
Hah ok @LivewellHero is that what y'all go on here and do? Call. People out on the size of there fish? I've caught around 8 or 10 6lb bass and this one was ...more the same size if not bigger than them
    16. Christian Holyoak 0
I'm with @CalvinFease no way that's a six. And seriously, don't just go calling people smartasses.
    17. gaudet03 0
I've caught fish 6+ and this one was bigger than them, but thanks for the advice smartass @CalvinFease
    18. Calvin Fease 0
If you're gonna estimate, try to go a little under what you think it is. We always tend to see what we've caught personally as being bigger than reality ...more in the spur of the moment.

  6. Got this bad boy in my leg a few days ago, pushed the barb out my leg and cut it by myself, very painful

    1. gaudet03 0
Yeah I got it, I emailed back @zkid09
    2. Cody Palmer 0
@gaudet03 did you get my email on prices and everything?
    3. Javelin 0
      It happens!
    4. Christian Holyoak 0
Would you paint up a trap for me? How would I pay you? I'll comment on your pic of the paint job I like
    5. Cody Palmer 0
Of the deal is experience. I'm going to bump it up to around $10 after I get a little more experience and have time to do more of them
    6. Cody Palmer 0
@LivewellHero most bait companies are charging anywhere for 12-20$ per bait to paint them. Right now I'm just charging 5-7$ it's barely enough to cover ...more the material it takes to do it. All I get out
    7. Cody Palmer 0
Not to come out. I watched a guy that has done ALOT of them try Snatching one out that took 3 tries. That's the bad part. Because the guy was all but screaming ...more when it didn't come out
    8. Cody Palmer 0
In my opinion either is a good option with getting it out. Pushing it through will hurt but of you have a high pain tolerance, it's not bad. Snatching it with ...more braid is painless, unless it just happens
    9. Christian Holyoak 0
@zkid09 How much do you charge? I'd really like a rattle trap with a gill paint job
    10. Laine Dillard 0
Well you want to do it the hard way its up to you I tried to give some advice but what can I say
    11. gaudet03 0
      @lainedillard
    12. gaudet03 0
I wasn't worried about the hook bc I put bigger sharper hooks on the back of my rattle traps, that was a bait I didn't even get to use yet and you can't ...more even tell where I had the hook in my leg
    13. Laine Dillard 0
Out the other way it also saves the hook
    14. Laine Dillard 0
It's the best way and pushing down free's the barb and the snatch is a whole hell of a lot better than slowly pushing it out making another hole I your leg ...more cutting the barb and slowly pulling it back
    15. gaudet03 0
      @lainedillard
    16. gaudet03 0
Yeah you're right if I want a gash in my leg, that's a stupid idea
    17. Laine Dillard 0
You picked the worst way to do it possible always keep 3 feet of 30+lb line around push the hook down as hard as you can and snatch it out its way better than cutting ...more the barb off
    18. gaudet03 0
Just sent you an email @zkid09
    19. gaudet03 0
Ok sounds like a plan @zkid09
    20. Cody Palmer 0
Yeah bud just email me any time and we will get you hooked up. My email is 72c.palmer@gmail.com
    21. gaudet03 0
      @zkid09
    22. gaudet03 0
Haha I feel you, can I get you email address to send you some baits, there's a few of your baits I saw you painted that I want some like those
    23. Cody Palmer 0
By the weekend and I'll be back in business. I have some more sweet ideas for baits so it's killing me not being able to paint lol
    24. Cody Palmer 0
Anything you want painted or something, just let me know! I just got a few baits in the mail today from guys sending me some to paint actually lol my compressor ...more is broke right now but it'll be back up
    25. Cody Palmer 0
The first one I saw pulled out, I got a little lightheaded myself. Which is funny because I don't have a weak stomach for anything. But I was good after that ...more first one! And yeah man if you have
    26. gaudet03 0
      @zkid09
    27. gaudet03 0
Hey man needa get in touch with me about getting some of those custom baits you make
    28. gaudet03 0
One of my friends was watching me do it and he was gagging and getting light headed while I was doing it @zkid09
    29. Cody Palmer 0
Oh I bet. I watched my dad and one of my buddies do it through their finger. Hurt me just watching! Alot better than going to the ER though!
    30. gaudet03 0
Nahh I just finished pushing it through and cut the barb, wasn't that hard just painful @zkid09
    31. Cody Palmer 0
I feel you! Shouldve snatched it out with braid! That wouldn't have been a bad one to do at all!
    32. freshlife 0
We have all been there! If not it's coming! Lol
    33. RookHook 0
      Holy ouch man!
    34. gaudet03 0
      Thanks man @9G3B
    35. 9G3B 0
