I would appreciate any fishing information from anyone who knows about Round Lake in Rusk County, WI (108 acre lake but shallow, max depth states 5 feet). ...more DNR website states only panfish are present, but other sites state more species of fish. It has a public boat landing. I was looking into some waterfront property on the lake.

Anyone ever fish Shamrock Lake in Hawkins, WI? It is a 58 acre private lake with panfish, Bass, and Pike. I wanted to try the lake out in the Spring ...more or Summer but there is no public landing. Anyone hear of anything about this lake?

I am new to this site and hoping for some information. My wife and I are considering purchasing a lake lot on Goodyear Lake in Harshaw, WI. I have ...more seen the lot but given the depth of the lake I am concerned it would be very weedy in the summer (max depth is 7 feet). I am not looking for a trophy fishing lake but definitely want to be able to fish the lake thru the summer months as well. I would appreciate any feedback on your experience with this lake or what you have heard from other anglers regarding this lake.
