    Hello all,
    I am new to this site and hoping for some information. My wife and I are considering purchasing a lake lot on Goodyear Lake in Harshaw, WI. I have ...more seen the lot but given the depth of the lake I am concerned it would be very weedy in the summer (max depth is 7 feet). I am not looking for a trophy fishing lake but definitely want to be able to fish the lake thru the summer months as well. I would appreciate any feedback on your experience with this lake or what you have heard from other anglers regarding this lake.

      Thanks for the info. I looked up the lake on the WI DNR site and it lists the depth and the species of fish.

      look it up on you state.gov page. in Maine they tell you what's in the lakes and the size range so in WI they should have a similar page
