      @SurfPrince if you try it the roe might be a little strong but the meat a amazing gash t and soak it in salt water over night and fry make sure to removed the ribs ...more but the other bones will crystalize

      @j_reyes in Florida mullet is a big thing we use smaller mullet to fish but the bigger mullet to eat. It's like some people use whiting to fish with but we eat ...more them instead

      In alabama and florida mullet is a common dish. It's just the thought that it is a baitfish that makes it unappealing to us in texas. @j_reyes
