    Fished a river (I can't pronounce) near yellowstone lake and caught some cats, sheepshead, pike, suckers, largemouth and smallmouth bass all fishing on the bottom ...more with worms.

    Big steelhead in July?!?!? My buddy with his 29 inch steelhead he caught with me in a stream that flows from Lake Michigan using a chartreuse rattle trap

      The max depth of that hole is 10 foot when the water is normal but with that heat spell i'd say it was only 8 foot deep but the rock shelf i was on goes back ...more underneath a good 12 feet w/deep water

      First time ive ever heard of a steelhead caught on a rattletrap. I think it was probably a skamania steelhead because of the summer run.
