Friend and I took the kids out today. Sunny skies,10mph nw winds 63* air temp warmest water found was 58*. Caught several this size today "2-3lb" buck ...more bass in 5-10' of water holding close to or on rocks. Fish today were very softly picking up the bait. Some were grabbing the tail resulting in a few missed fish. Once I realized that I let the hold it longer before setting the hook.
