    Can you use braided line if your rod has metal eyelits?

      I'd go with PowerPro Slick or Suffix832. I like the Slick better but you can't go wrong with either.

      I haven't used vicious braided but I have used their flouro and I trust the flouro.

      I trust Power Pro and Berkley for my braided, but they are also the 2 biggest for braid and the 2 top competitors for it.

      I'd stay away from spider braid with metal though, it's more triangular than power pro or Berkley so it'll bite into itself and eyelets harder.
