      If I have a pond that says no fishing it will mean no fishing. It is about respecting what the owner requests. I don't see any exceptions on that sign.

      I know a lot of places that have put up no fishing type signs because of the trash people leave. They don't really care about the fishing part.

      It's a pond for crying out loud @cdle362 and most places that have a sign up don't mind if u catch and release they just don't want you keeping them
