    PLEASE, NO NEGATIVE COMMENTS! I caught 3 Bass today!! All on a Bill Lewis Rat L Trap black and blue!!! I'll be 45 yrs old next month and I've waited my whole ...more entire life to catch a big Bass and have it mounted!! It happened today! And she fought hard!!! The best part of all this is that I'm nearing my anniversary of being sober for 2 yrs!!! I can't begin to tell you all what that means to me. I am so happy and I'm happy that I have an awesome girlfriend that supports me being sober, and in my Bass fishing, and everything I do!!! So please, no negative comments about keeping this 8.55 lb. Bass! Like I said, one of my biggest dreams came true today and I'm so happy and thankful for doing it being sober!! And to have the love and support from my family, girlfriend, and friends. Also, I know that my Dad is watching over me from Heaven and is certainly proud of me!!! I truly believe in catch and release and have thrown back all of the fish I have caught except this one. And this Bass will only be the one I will ever keep!! I appreciate all of your love and support!!!

      I guarantee all of you roasting Mark do something that is far worse than what Mark did and that's fish care. It does no good to catch and release fish if you ...more don't properly handle the fish. I see countless angler's that catch fish and let them hit the carpet. It seems harmless but it rubs their protective slime coat off and allows them to be susceptible to bacteria and eventually can kill them. So my point is protect the fish and leave Mark alone. point is

    Went fishing yesterday at the place I usually fish down the road from home. Missed one last night coz I didn't set the hook hard enough. Fished the same spot ...more this evening right before dark and low and behold, she was still there!! Got her this time!!! Caught her on a Zoom 6" Blueberry colored Lizard!! 2.88lbs.!!!
