      Kinzua is tough jason. Mostly because the water level fluctuates so much. I buy a ny liscense, pa liscense, and reservation liscense to fish that lake. We always ...more seem to find pike late august into September in weedbeds. But the problem is some years when the water is down there are no weeds. But we found all our fish last weekend in weed beds so if you can find some you should see fish
