Caught 7 today (2 trophies) but this one spooled me, had to throw pole in water to get around a floating barrier, got wrapped around submerged tree limb, then got ...more dragged 100 yards... all on 12 pound test.

  Only caught one bluegill with worms. That's a staple occupier for little guys who just want to bend the pole and we struck out on em (only 1 is a strikeout). ...more My father in law and I are new to this lake and are starting to think we need to head south away from the dam.
