pre spawn and spawn you can catch a few nice bass of both species between and around the islands towards the west end of the lake.

Craig Largemouths Big Bay All the way back and I mean within casting distance to the shoreline

I figure that by June 15th we should be post spawn patterns and the sholes should be the ticket for smallies. If we want to go for some large mouth as well are ...more there grass flats or docks to target?

Thanks Joseph I saw just on the map here that its going to take some time to learn the lake. I fished Champlain and Winnipesaukee. You had to be real careful on ...more those to.

craig if you havent been to this lake before you need to get a map because this lake has a lot of reefs and low islands that can ruin your day if you dont know they ...more are there!

Craig target shole's and outside weed lines smallies are everywhere Dropshot points. What ever you decide to do will probly work on Oneida. My go to baits are ...more spinnerbaits, jigs and and topwater.

Have you thought about a guide for a day or two?

I would plan on fishing rattle traps, tubes, jigs, drop shot, and fliping baits
