So tiny he fit in my hand! haha. I had driven past this lake on the way home a few times. Read a bit about it, mixed reports. Trout, Bass and catfish. Odd seeing ...more it is a Perch. Stopped by today, was just testing the shoreline not casting to far out. Even jigged it a bit. A few hits. He struck it. Next time some big plastics, seen a lot of crayfish. Greenbacks all day.
The water remains clear until the middle of June when the algae bloom produces a green color. Start with silver and gold colors early then turn to the hot ones for pike, perch, Bluegill and Crappie.
