Big one of the trip for me
Atlantic Ocean, Rhode Island shoreline.
Nj tog season doesnt open for a few weeks still so we headed up to RI
We limited the boat/group both days with this kind of quality, but the real story was a few days earlier. We were up in cape cod tuna fishing and we come across ...more a boat in distress. We end up being able to pull 4 guys and 2 dogs off the boat just about 3 minutes before they took on enough water to capsize! They were probably 2 minutes from floating in 60 degree water with greatwhites swimming around. They had no working radio, no working flare gun, and only 3 pfd for 4 guys. Didnβt catch any tuna thoughβ¦ i did catch a porpoise! π
Headed north to rhode island to experience the best tog fishing i could imagine!β¦ and i was told the bite was tough! Blew my mind! Here is some jumbo seabass bycatch ...more too! Got a story for you guys, ill post on the tog picture
Details: hundred acre pond
