      yeah the guide told us VA state record just caught recently...i believe he said 120 but don't remember the weight

      Haven't heard that yet Chris. NC state record was broken last year and same angler broke it the next day! Art it's about 2 hrs from V.B. It's below Richmond.

    Headed down south for a fishing road trip. I have to admit our expectations were for bigger fish (this blue cat is considered average size!) But considering we ...more don't have blue cats in NJ, Im happy to have caught my PB blue catfish at 25lbs...guess we'll just have to go back soon for those real monsters!
