Slammed some nice gills Saturday. Had good ice 4-6”. After 3 days of rain and 50 deg temps… no bueno!!!hoping this weekend to go search out more fishable ice.

      I checked the local lake yesterday and the first 20’ is bad but I think if I got out I’d be ok… maybe try again in a day or two

      thanks guys! I can’t seem to break a pound. had to find those huge gills up north. basically only grow half the year with the water temps in the 30’s
