Went ultralight jigging in 50 degree Carnegie Lake this evening on a cool, sunny day with a northwest wind small craft advisory. Caught and released a 13” brown bullhead on my first cast with Walmart garlic night crawlers on 4 lb test line. Also caught and released a 12” brown bullhead, 2 black crappies and 3 white perch. Landed my 2,900th fish 🎣 for this year and 2,700th NJ freshwater fish 🐟.
