Went carping in the 54 degree Millstone River on the south shore in West Windsor, NJ, this evening on a warm, cloudy day with a strong south wind. Threw out a can of corn 🌽 for chum, then caught and released 9” and 8” white perch while ultralight jigging. Landed 2 common carp to 3 lbs on consecutive casts with Happy Harvest whole kernel corn 🌽 on 12 lb test line at night. Saw Canada geese, mallards, double crested cormorants, great blue heron, gulls and an adult bald eagle. Took pics.
