Christmas came early this year! Went fishing off a pier near the junction of Cold Pass and San Luis/West Bay in memory of @NoodlerNate88 mom. Sat for a few slow hours, but had a little luck as the tide began to ebb! This beauty red (loved her spots) hit my bait like a freight train and made several solid, line peeling runs. Landed, measured, photographed, and released alive
