First rainbow trout on the fly. Fishing a private stream in the Great Smokey Mountains around 2000' where native bows hang. Casting into deep pools and where the water was fastest and letting the worm drift. The falls provided oxygen for the warmer summer water that was around 60 degrees. They hit fast and the bite really turned on when the rain started to fall. They were all between 6-12".
