7 pounder beating the banks. Got a feeling in my gut that I needed to fish a transition area, so I went down to a creek channel swing and pulled this guy out of it. I initially thought this was a big female pulling up to spawn, but then I saw his girlfriend... Only saw her on their bed (I didn't catch this fish on a bed, I just remembered a marking on its side) twice, but she was about 9 or 10.
