Hey dudes, I fished the area east of festival beach such as near the island, dam, festival beach, and all around the wide part of the lake with no luck yesterday whereas if been doing great near redbud and near the Congress/ mopac bridges. My question is does anybody like this portion of the lake for big bass? I've had a few small ones near festival beach and some whites. Please advise!!

james454 0I've seen many big bass taken out of this area. It fishes differently then other areas. Just got it out time on the water and figure it out.

J_Ho 0Thanks @michang5 the location feature confirmed what I've found, much fewer purple dots in that wide portion of the lake. Could be due to just less folks fishing ...more there but I think there are less fish

michang5 0I've seen several good fish caught out of that area -- particularly near the park and cove. Use the Location feature on this app and see pinned blerts. There ...more are quite a few purple pins.
