  Well@wyldechylde77 it got a red i and on the va huntin and fishin app it said rock bass like spinner baits and warmouth don't and i caught it on a spinner bait ...more so that's how I know it a rock bass @wyldechylde77

  Not evidently, the first picture you posted you originally said it was a pike. And it was a chain pickerel. This is a warmouth, rock bass don't have the bluefish ...more color around the gill.
