My pops got this one 1st cast this afternoon in the ship channel right across the hwy from south levee road. wind was out of the southeast at 3 to 5 mph light chop clear water and sunny. we were casting out to the tide line and that's where they were popping the water. we caught about 15 total but most were throw backs.
