@flybob More than likely it is, but I wouldn't rule out leucism either. Even for water clarity, it's on the really light side and the lateral line isn't ...more visible as it should be.
Yes. Mainly in waters with little to no cover at all. And in the clarity of the water. They change colors to blend in with their surroundings better. Nice catch!!!
